It gives me the opportunity for a challenge. That motivates me to work hard.

1 It will be the fourth year of joining a company, but I felt a little sad at first because there was no contemporary, Participated in the Ekiden event as a volunteer in Nagoya, exchanges among employees such as practice and competitions, and a round-table discussion after that, I had an opportunity to become strong and I had a good experience. It is a company that gives a chance to challenge young people, based on the relationships and trust relationships we have built up for 117 years since our foundation. Even from the first year of joining, I was able to experience major deal negotiations.

2 I am in charge of many manufacturing and processing companies that I see in everyday life. Therefore, I can feel that it is very encouraging and rewarding to be able to that my work is involved in the daily life of people in various situations.

3 Different from the part-time job of student life, carrying the name of the company in every day`s work and negotiations. By this sense, I check the information obtained from various fields, take time, and work carefully. I have come to work with caution.

4 To advice to customers, trading companies need to gather various information in advance. And I felt that need different expression than normal conversation when advising customers. In collecting information, not only confirm with the manufacturer but also chemical magazines and media relations, etc. to gather all the necessary information and prepare for questions to our customers.

I want to challenge the qualification exam and step up.

5As I am from a chemical university, I would like to challenge the qualification test related to the handling of dangerous medicines. I believe that the qualifications we have acquired will be required to meet the stricter national standards of Japan. This company has a system that backs up taking such exams, so I want to do my best as it is an environment where it is easy to upgrade skills.

6 When I become a member of society, I have more opportunities to make my own decisions than when I was a student. I think that if you challenge without fear of failure, you will be able to meet yourself differently in student life.
